⭐ PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Star Children Preparedness Project offers back-to-school support for students entering grades K–12 for the 2026–2027 school year, including:

School supplies
Backpack
One (1) school uniform per child
Hygiene items (if needed)

⭐ ELIGIBILITY

Students must:

Be entering Kindergarten–12th grade in the 2026–2027 school year
Live in the United States
Have a parent/guardian who can complete the application
Not have received support from this program within the last 12 months

⭐ REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Parents/Guardians must submit:

Completed application (below)
Proof of student enrollment (report card, school ID, or school letter)
Proof of address (mail, lease, or utility bill showing name & address)
