Apply for assistance with electric, gas, or water utility bills during times of financial hardship

Eligibility Requirements

Residency

Must reside in the United States (priority given to local/state community)

Financial Need

Temporary hardship such as job loss, medical emergency, or unexpected crisis

Utility Status

Active utility account with past-due bill or disconnection notice

One-Time Support

Limited to one award per household every 12 months

Required Documentation:

  • Valid government-issued ID
  • Proof of address (recent mail with name and address)
  • Current utility bill showing past-due amount
  • Proof of hardship (termination letter, medical bill, written explanation, etc.)

Documents can be emailed to [email protected] with your application reference

Assistance Amount: $75 - $300

Payment is made directly to the utility company. Applications reviewed within 3–7 business days.
